- How far ahead should a groom book?
- As early as the date is fixed. Wedding season in Kerala concentrates into a handful of months and the good mornings go first. Message the shop with your date and you will be told straight away whether it is free.
- Does Sanju travel to the venue or the house?
- Ask when you enquire. Where the styling happens depends on your date, your timing and where you are getting ready, so it is settled in the conversation rather than assumed.
- What is included in groom styling?
- Makeup, hair setting, beard setting and dhoti or mundu draping. Haircuts, beard trims and facials are separate services and are best done a few days before, not on the morning itself.
- Should I get a haircut before the wedding day?
- Yes, and not the day before. Give a new cut three to five days to settle so it sits the way it will sit in the photographs.
